Network Wins Digital Transformation Award 2026

We’re really pleased to share that Network, a provider of IT Support in Coventry, has won the Business Awards UK Digital Transformation Award 2026.

For us, this isn’t just about the award itself it’s a reflection of the relationships we’ve built and the work we’ve been able to do alongside our clients. Every project, challenge, and improvement has played a part in getting us here.

Why did we win the award?

One of Network’s most significant success stories began in 2009 with a Coventry stair manufacturer employing 50 people. Initially brought in to maintain their IT infrastructure, Network was later commissioned to design a bespoke Production Management System to replace the company’s outdated Excel‑based processes. The first version launched in 2010 and quickly improved efficiency, accuracy, and production planning.

After five years of heavy use, the system required ongoing maintenance, and in 2015 the manufacturer entered a monthly development contract with Network. As demand grew, Network expanded its own team to support the increasingly complex system. The improved platform helped streamline operations, enabling the manufacturer to scale rapidly and secure major contracts, including with a FTSE 100 company.

In 2021, a FTSE 100 company completed a multi‑million‑pound acquisition of the stair manufacturer, which has since grown to over 350 employees and become Europe’s largest staircase producer. Network continues to develop and maintain the system, currently working on a faster and more advanced Version 2.

In 2024, Network was recommended to another major manufacturing client specialising in decorative cladding. Despite their size and market leadership across the UK and Ireland, they lacked a structured IT strategy. Network introduced new policies, strengthened their infrastructure, and began migrating their operations to a secure, scalable cloud environment.

Across both partnerships, Network Ltd has demonstrated its ability to deliver transformative digital solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and long‑term success for manufacturing businesses.
