Jack Marshall is the Associate Director of Network Ltd, a Coventry-based technology company specialising in IT support, cyber security, web development and software solutions. Jack began his career with Network in 2011, joining the company as an apprentice at the age of 16. Since then, he has progressed through a number of roles within the business, including IT Support Manager and Business Development Manager, before becoming Associate Director. His progression has seen him develop experience across both the technical and commercial sides of the IT industry. With more than 15 years of experience in IT support and cyber security, Jack is also a Microsoft Certified Professional. Alongside his work at Network, he completed a BSc (Hons) in Business Systems and Technology at Newman University, graduating with a 2:1. He is known for his problem-solving skills and calm, approachable manner when working with customers and businesses. Today, Jack plays an important role in Network’s continued growth, working closely with businesses to improve their technology, IT infrastructure and cyber security. He also regularly shares his knowledge through cyber security workshops and events, helping business owners better understand threats such as cyber attacks and the practical steps they can take to protect their organisations.
