Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Referrers must not be employees of Network or its affiliated companies.
2. How It Works
To qualify for the reward, the referred business must:
Not be an existing Network client or already in discussion with our sales team.
Enter into and maintain a minimum 12-month fixed-term managed IT services contract with Network.
Meet a minimum monthly service value, as determined by Network at the time of referral.
Only one referrer will be rewarded per referred business. If multiple referrers submit the same business, the first valid referral received will be eligible.
3. Referral Reward
If your referral results in a qualifying contract, you will receive a brand new Apple iPad as a reward.
The reward will be issued within 30 days of the referred business signing a contract and completing any initial onboarding requirements.
No cash alternative is available. Network reserves the right to substitute the iPad for an item of equivalent value if necessary.
4. Consent and Data Privacy
By submitting a referral, you confirm that:
You have obtained permission from the referred individual to share their contact details.
The information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and used solely for administering this referral program.
5. General Conditions
Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity will disqualify the referrer from receiving any reward.
Network’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final.
6. Limitation of Liability
Network is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in this program or from use of the referral reward.
