About Us

Network was formed in July 2002 by Ryan Butler as a result of a Master of Enterprise course at the University of Manchester taken through the Manchester Science Enterprise Centre (MSEC). The business was formed with the intention of developing internal knowledge management software for businesses. As Network has grown it has diversified into IT Support, software development and website development.

Network enjoys doing the technical work; developing technical solutions to enable our clients to achieve their goals. We work very closely with our clients and are a no-nonsense company!

We develop predominantly in Microsoft .NET, Visual Basic 6.0, and PHP. We regularly use PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases. Network also contributes modules and bug fixes to the Drupal CMS.

Network uses bug tracking and project tracking web-based tools to manage work, so that our clients can see what is going on. Network also operates a monthly billing system with itemisation of tasks achieved.
